Dr. Chris Capicotto is a board-certified internal medicine physician and former finance professional who specializes in precision and longevity medicine. With a background that spans from Wall Street to high-touch clinical care, he combines data-driven insight with personalized medical strategies to optimize health, performance, and lifespan.
Before founding Primary Precision Medicine, Dr. Capicotto practiced medicine at the Comite Center for Precision Medicine & Healthy Longevity. His work integrates cutting-edge diagnostics, advanced therapeutics, and systems-based thinking.
Dr. Capicotto is passionate about making next-generation healthcare accessible, actionable, and impactful for his patients.

Samantha Capicotto

Samantha Capicotto is a retired attorney who has built her career around organizational development and operations management. Before joining her husband in creating Primary Precision Medicine (PPM), she spent nearly 15 years in the nonprofit sector, leading operations and program management in the fields of international human rights and atrocity prevention.
During this time, Samantha saw firsthand the power of well-designed and supportive programs and workplaces to drive meaningful change. By fostering positive environments where colleagues and partners could thrive, she helped shape innovative programs and policies that improved the lives of people around the world.
Today, she brings her expertise in operations, policy development, and relationship management to PPM. “I love coming to work each day knowing we’ve built a practice where patients feel welcome and empowered to take charge of their health. It’s a privilege to help deliver a healthcare experience that flips the old idea of ‘keeping the doctor away’ into one where your physician is a close partner in keeping you healthier for longer.”
Outside of PPM, Samantha and Dr. Capicotto are the proud parents of two lively and wonderful young children who continually remind them to keep perspective, embrace compromise, establish steady routines, and to stop to smell the roses.
